      Great opportunities at a growing company

      Pros

      As a new hire, I'm impressed with their strong management team who are all committed to growing the company and making improvements. The onboarding process was comprehensive and well planned, and was a very helpful way to get up to speed. The people are great to work with, from the front office and leadership team, to the factory staff, all very supportive and friendly. Employees work hard and there's lots of opportunity to share their ideas and to get involved to meet the goals of the company. It's a great place to grow as an individual, and to also be part of a team that is successfully growing the company for the future.

      Cons

      Some issues, but management is committed to fixing equipment challenges and making improvements to software systems to get things working more efficiently.

      Over the last year the company has been very focused on career development. They have promoted a number of employees over the year and have offered a number of training opportunities for the employees to take advantage of.

      Cons

      Need to do a better job on the onboarding of new employees.
