Pros
You meet some nice guest, hard but great training, the wax is awesome. I would not make it an career but it is good if your fresh out of beauty school and need a quick gig.
Cons
Well they basically utilize you to build their books so once you leave you can not take any of your guest with you. After investing a year of your hard work they cut your pay off at $9 so you basically have to continue to upsell and sell products if you want any reward. Tips are not always reliable because you may not receive a tip but that applies for any service position. No benefits, no full time, you also have to request time off 4 weeks in advance and it may not still be approved. Very high turnover rate. They claim it's very family oriented when it's not and their appearing everywhere like they are the McDonald's of express waxing services.
