Pros

Positive team environment, family-like relationships with coworkers. The job allows you to make as much money as you want, as long as your working hard! Your salary is in your control! Positive corporate presence. Huge growth potential!

Cons

Some associates don't work out because they are not motivated every single day. This job is amazing for someone who works hard all day every day! Someone who is motivated by money is the perfect fit!

Pros

Waxing and product discounts were very generous. The people I worked with were fantastic. I enjoyed selling wax passes and interaction with customers. Part time position so they were flexible with my availability. after a year I did in increase in my hourly wage.

Cons

Sometimes I felt that policies were not always followed and then a policy would be enforced to make a statement without a warning. There were no benefits for part time guest service associates. Some coworkers as GSAs were not professional and that was difficult.

Pros

This is the most amazing company I have ever worked for. The owners are amazing, the company is constantly growing and coming up with fun and exciting new things. The waxers and Guest Service Associates are the sweetest ladies/Gents ever!! If you are looking for somewhere amazing to work, whether is be for a short time or to make a career with... This is the place!

Cons

Can get a little hectic and stressful at times... but what job doesn't!
