HORRIBLE management, worked at multiple locations and they were all terrible. Maybe hire some managers who know the beauty industry. Micromanage Difficult to get time off No benefits Min wage and no consideration for increase in wages (one manager actually cut my pay $1 from my hourly!) No self expression Rushed with services So many discounts that you don’t get compensated for so you end up making even less money They’re all money hungry, they don’t care about you, they push products even though you get a very small cut You’re basically making them so much money and getting 5% commission... when you are waxing up to 4 people per hour. There are so many more things to stay but I’ll stop, don’t work here, don’t support this corporation, you’ll leave frustrated and defeated High turnover rate

I only worked there for a few months as it was the cattiest work environment I have ever been in. No one wanted to train me and just left me to sit and read a guide to the job while they went on with their own convos. I would get one work responses to all of my questions. Then they would just throw me into handling customers without checking in with me. Totally embarrassing. Never became comfortable or confident.
