      Pros

      The wax is amazing! The best out there. I make good money. The products are great.

      Cons

      Company and management has no respect for employees. They only care about how much money you bring in. If you can't wax an underarm and brazilian in 15 mins max they will cut you loose. It doesn't matter how loyal you are to them or how hard you try. Even if you are passionate about the job and have a great client base they will tell you "you are not a good fit for the company". No one has job security. If they could clone one person to recite every script and wax super face they would replace everyone in a heartbeat.

      Pros

      This was my first job after getting my esthetician license, they gave me a chance with no experience. I chose my own hours after being there longer than the other wax specialist. Easy to sell products and easy to sale memberships/packages. I stayed busy.

      Cons

      I probably worked on over 1,000 new and returning clients but out of those 2 would call and say I missed hair so I would get a wrote up and threatened to be fired over tiny complaints. Management is basically young people with little experience in the industry, it is most likely their first job managing and it gives them big heads. I was not called a team member but instead constantly referred by the manager as "her waxer." I do not like being talked to like I am owned, the wax specialist are the reason this company is booming and they are not recognized. You have a whole script you have to say with each new and returning client.
