      Cons

      They are beyond strict. They block everything so you can't use the internet, you can't read, you can't eat, you can not use your phone because it takes away from the "guest experience".

      Cons

      Poor management Requires upselling to EVERY client Hard to get time off - have to find your own coverage Holiday weeks are blocked out for employees to try to get any time off Long hours
