The staff makes it an enjoyable work environment, you get to work at exciting venues, staff is mainly college students and they keep you young

Cons

To move up in the company you may have to relocate out of state, the irregular schedule in days of the week to the hours of the day you may work depending on your venue.

1. Excellent people to work with 2. Fun company events 3. Company gives back to community 4. Lots of room for advancement (Co-workers were promoted from within) 5. Company gives back to nonprofit partners (~$120M / Annual as part of business model) 6. Entrepreneurial history and culture

Cons

1. Disorganized and chaotic implementation of system changes 2. Leadership is stretched too thin. Mentoring has weakened significantly. 3. Camaraderie and entrepreneurial spirit have been watered down, but hopefully will come back with new good people.
