Pros

Very flexible schedule, supportive management, no on-call. MA support provided

Cons

RVU pay scale, incentivized to see more patients to balance out pay. Too little of PTO in my opinion

Thank you for sharing your Eventus experience. We love hearing about how you're enjoying the autonomous, flexible schedule with no call and MA support. Thank you for sharing feedback on the PTO system and paid holidays. We feel that the PTO system in place for providers and for staff is best supported by a wide array of paid holidays enjoyed by both types of Eventus team members. We encourage you to reach out to your RCL or State Clinical Operations manager if you would like support on how to use the PTO system more efficiently for clinicians.

Pros

Flexible schedule, I can’t speak for everyone but my providers were the BEST!

Cons

Indiana management! The worst management I’ve ever experienced! I didn’t even finish my first 30 days before my lead added another provider to my load. That provider quit changed positions, I got ANOTHER provider added. I was just suppose to be helping yeah that turned into my lead dumping all those charts on me.My main provider wasn’t doing enough charts so my lead wanted an email EVERY DAY on how many acutes I added. But the best part was his management seemed to have zero issues a never contacted him so I was getting chewed out once-twice a week for the heck of it. That is until he quit and then they wanted to screw the provider over by cutting his work schedule down and his charts. By the way do not ask that lead for help, unless she likes you she’s not helping. Her attitude was so out there, I have never been so harassed a micromanaged in my life. She doesn’t do what’s best for her MAs I have no clue why she’s a lead! I had PTO in for Sept I didn’t get to go because she just ignored the request. Days off she’s texting me chewing me out or worse scheduling meetings. I worked some days where I suppose to be on PTO!!!! I’ve had 3 providers quit because of management. I put my resignation in and never heard from HR, no exit interview an had to contact IT for equipment return. I enjoyed the flexible schedule an I stayed for over a year because it met my needs but this hostile environment is why I left an then the fact HR never reached out is just unprofessional!
