Leaders that want to inspire their employees and encourage creativity and innovative thinking. Very flexible schedule, high autonomy, huge amount of support for providers, and great work life balance.

Cons

Lots of growth in the company, always creates challenges, but they are experienced in pushing through and creating unique solutions.

I honestly cannot think of any pros

Cons

No support even though they tell you that you will have an MA to help with charts. Charting takes hours and I do mean hours then they review your charts and request constant changes. They focus more on the bottomline than they do patient care. Management was terrible, they would tell you one thing and do something opposite.
