There are a lot of opportunities to grow with Eventus. We have been growing since the day we opened. The chance to work with a unique and interesting population who values your services. Leadership is committed to making the Company better. Employee input is valued.

Cons

Provider roles can be isolating. There is a lot of time on your own and sometimes there is a lot of driving.

Pros

As an APP there is a lot of autonomy. The day to day schedule is very flexible.

Cons

Not much provider support. Some may get an MA if lucky. Otherwise, you get a scheduler, so everything else is on the provider. No work-life balance. Difficult to achieve bonus pay as baseline requirements are already a lot. Not competitive base pay
