Fast growing industry and company with market leading tech

Completely disorganized on the back end. Operations is a mess. Their decisions are based on what's good for the company and not the client. They have an inadequate base of contractors to whom they depend for site visits and installations. Quote turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, if not longer. Customers won't wait because you cannot respond in a timely manner. They will go elsewhere regardless of your tech.
