Pros

Supportive Environment: The standout feature of Fieldpoint is the people. Whenever I hit a roadblock or a technical hurdle, there is always someone willing to jump in and help. It’s a truly collaborative "we" culture rather than an "every person for themselves" vibe. Management: I feel incredibly supported by my manager. They provide clear direction and actually care about the team’s success and well-being. The Team: My colleagues are talented, approachable, and make the daily grind of implementations much more enjoyable. Work Environment: Overall, it’s a positive place where you feel your contributions are valued.

Cons

Implementation work is naturally fast-paced and can be demanding at times, but the team support makes it manageable.

Pros

Engaged leadership and onboarding resources. I met the CEO on week 2 and he is down to earth, approachable, and appears to value his team, Excellent peer guidance Easy benefits enrollment and great benefit options FTO that is actually encouraged Amazing culture.

Cons

Many of the employees don't have a healthcare background, which is surprising due to the nature of the business. It is also surprising that there are no medical providers on the product side.

Pros

The best part of working here was handing in my resignation.

Cons

• Toxic Leadership: The management structure is incredibly poor. Leaders are entirely disconnected from the realities of the daily work, and the environment feels hostile rather than supportive. The chain of command lacks accountability and basic management skills. It’s all meetings about more meetings. Never moving the ball forward. • Non-Existent Work-Life Balance: The expectations are completely unrealistic. There is zero respect for personal time or boundaries, and you are expected to sacrifice your well-being for a company that does not value you. • Chaotic Environment: Internal systems and processes are disjointed. Trying to get specialized, detail-oriented work done is an uphill battle because of the structural dysfunction and lack of clear direction from the top. Manager always missed 1:1 meetings, never responded to emails / messages.
