Pros

The work environment is incredibly collaborative and supportive, with a team that's always willing to help and share knowledge. I appreciate the well-organized and efficient systems and processes, which make everything run smoothly. The inclusivity here is amazing - everyone feels accepted and valued, creating a truly welcoming and respectful atmosphere. I also love the nature of the work, as it's incredibly rewarding to help people. The training was excellent, and I was well-prepared for the role by an amazing team.

Cons

I haven't noticed any concerns or drawbacks during my first month of employment. Overall, I've had a very positive experience, and I'm grateful to be a part of this team.
