Friendly people, decent healthcare, awful 401k matching

The people are nice and the healthcare is decent. Communication between EC and the subs is okay, too.

Cons

Mediocre 401k matching. They match up to 25% of deferrals up to 8% of compensation, which is a complicated way of telling you that the highest they'll ever contribute is 2% of your salary - and only if you're contributing 8+% of your own salary. That is significantly lower than the average employer contribution and makes it very hard to feel secure about your future. Keep in mind this goes for all EverCommerce subsidiaries, too. Their salaries are also behind; it's incredibly difficult to get a significant raise, even if you're completely overworked.

None that I'm aware of.

Cons

They bought out and took over our small company. Meaning, we were technically working for them. They sent over new executives that were extremely demeaning towards current employees.
