Beautiful facility, other teachers are helpful and understanding.

Cons

Leadership communication. We have been promised for a few weeks now that help is coming and it is just a bunch of broken promises.

Challenging management and no support when asked. Poor communication. Lower pay compared to other education jobs. High responsibility and emotional stress.

Hostile work environment

Pros

They cut your hours so you get to leave early

Cons

They have created such a hostile workplace, the strive on bullying employees and creating a workplace that is no where near welcoming. There is nothing but pettiness, on top of that the staff is immature. They are meant to teach the kids not act like them. They thrive on drama, the staff here might as well be high schoolers. I hope they get exposed for all the things they lay out in the breakroom.
