The company provides well internship training in the sales department for new employees, and a one-week internship in the factory to acknowledge textile industry.

Cons

The company mainly focuses on large-brand customers. The second-tier brand department will not develop well in the future. The Taiwan factory has a bureaucratic atmosphere

i try to find another work to another country because i only work here in 12years time no more company can accept me because that is the policy of the taiwan goverment

maybe more of adjustment because of new atmosphere at new co-workers and may be new types of work
