Work/Life Balance is difficult in this role. Required to schedule a lot of outside business hour events.

Pros

Good Commission, they do team building events, paid holidays and PTO, wish that I could say more but that is about it. They hire fresh out of college so there is no issues with work life balance

Cons

They send out your numbers every week so every employee knows what everyone makes, high stress, you are a number not a person, favoritism, long hours, you sit in a desk all day, very high turn over, not always honest
