Apex takes great care of its employees and contractors with flexible schedules, employee bonus plans and a great culture

Cons

There are a lot of moving pieces in the staffing industry and it requires an organized mind to stay on top of everything. Sometimes it can be high stress.

Is definitely a place that recognizes each win (work hard play, play hard mentality). Training is good, even with no technical background. As an account manager you can have a really flexible schedule depending on how much you're visiting clients.

Cons

Most of the times, the "good" jobs to work on will go to the "good" recruiters, making it more difficult to actually get ahead, prove yourself and succeed. As a recruiter, the amount of work you have/deadlines/etc. really depend on the account manager. Definitely have to make sure it's an all-star team. Young management.
