Pros

If you get assigned to a good account, you will be paid handsomely. If you are a young professional, you could make friends there. They typically only hire new grads.

Cons

This is a really terrible place to work if you are at all sympathetic. People are numbers here. Whether it's internal or the contractors. They do not care if the contractors don't have health insurance or if they leave a permanent job for something that is being oversold as a promising contract to hire. The Recruiting Managers only care about numbers. You are replaceable and you will see that with the extremely high turnover in every office. I would not recommend it unless you know someone who can assign you the best accounts so you can make good money. Otherwise, you are making $13-20/hr to just sit there and be micromanaged.
