      The company is good but some of their clients are not. Usually if you got into a bad client it's a 100% of probability that you will have a bornout.

      Be a consultant for a bad client

      You have several bonuses across the year and they pay your certifications.

      Cons

      Sometimes clients end projects suddenly and you have to wait for another one in bench.
