      Great Benefits, for a consulting firm

      Pros

      15% stock discount based on lowest value twice a year, 401k match, decent medical, state-based PTO. Low cost term life insurance + ADD. I think I may pay $30 total a week for 500k+ coverage and other benefits. I do not purchase medical here, but would if didn't have other option. Great relationships.

      Cons

      Consulting has no long-term security; however, they are so competitive I may decline c2h offers esp. after state added 40 hour minimum PTO. Raise when I switched contracts @ same company was an unexpected surprise, but wasn't anywhere close to the change in CPI at the time.
