Not a good company to work for

Pros

Gives you great IT Recruiting experience and the skills transfer very well elsewhere

Cons

There’s favoritism amongst the account managers, and recruiters too. I was a favored recruiter and was still fired once my Performance dipped in the pandemic. Clearly submitting candidates to a VMS is not a sustainable way to make commission or a career yet they made it seem like if you just work hard, you’ll make money. A lot of it is out of your control so that’s just not true.

Great culture and structure for people who are starting their careers. There's growth opportunity and they teach you the reward of working hard.

Cons

Salary is low (but good commission structure)

Good first job out of college, and shows you what hard work looks like. Things are earned not given, especially in the business world.

Cons

Low base starting out, compared to our competitors. Micromanagement Culture. Numbers/Metrics based environment. If you don't hustle your out.
