workplace/young environment, fun happy hours, etc.

Cons

it starts with management. The company makes a living off of micro-managing and nitpicking. you can be on the top of your game and you are always going to have to do better in their eyes. they dont understand how having that constant stress is unhealthy both in and out of the workplace. Do yourself a favor and work for a company that actually values their employees and focuses on building relationships with their employees rather than milking them for all they have then making up for it by throwing a teambuilding once a year.

They paid us every week.

Cons

The recruiters weren't very helpful with assisting to find new assignments after initial assignment was over. Communication between recruiter and temp wasn't that great.
