      Earning potential is great and awesome team environment. Decent training

      Cons

      -Very ground sales heavy. Tough to lock down accounts when starting out. - base pay is low until you can start earning commission.

      Pros

      Amazing company that is absolutely willing to support you and guide you down a path of success. Been 2.5 years with this company and I've never been happier!

      Cons

      Higher base pay to attract a more professional workforce from the beginning would be beneficial.

      Pros

      Great team/working environment. The management staff encourage personal & career growth, which is really hard to come by now-a-days. Benefits are pretty good with stock options & other internal perks.

      Cons

      A lot variables that are uncontrollable in this role. Difficult clients, skillsets, work locations, pay rates for contractors, etc.
