Pros

Apex puts a lot of effort into "team culture". They support a lot of activities like happy hours, dinners, baseball games etc. Decent benefits.

Cons

Apex really believes in the work hard ideology. Expect to work at least 50 hours a week for the first 12 months. Poor management has led to a lot of turnover.

Pros

freedom, no micro management, supervisors are very encouraging, all of my coworkers are generally pretty happy people, sometimes we get stressed but we help each other out

Cons

not every branch is as lucky as ours (NJ) to have supervisors on - site!

Apex has grown and ever evolving. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement for the right person. They tend to hire really great people that are easy to work with.

Cons

You have to really do research on your own to learn about growth, nobody will identify it for you or reward good behavior without being prodded.
