Pros

-happy hours -work hours -good way to push yourself- -fast paced environment

Cons

-micromanging -high stress -mundane -little pay -made it sound like I would be on commission, but I was signed on salary but made me clock in hourly- didn't get paid proper overtime.

Unlimited earning potential, large req volume, largely commission based, option for telework, good culture, no micromanaging

Cons

Gets monotonous at times, takes some time to get off the ground

It's alright

Pros

Work is pretty easy if you know IT or can learn quick. Manage your own time and ticket queue. Fully remote is a blessing

Cons

Manager's can be a lot more micro managy than necessary, especially for a remote job. Pay could be a LOT better.
