A sham of a company

Pros

Very young team, everyone is fresh out of college and fun to hangout with in and outside of work.

Cons

ZERO work-life balance. you will be pressured to work 10+ hour days (but no OT). Laughable base salary. Poor management styles and limited upward mobility. Basically glorified Greek Life with the petty office politics. Everyone hates their life at this company and you can feel it on a daily basis in the office. They burn you out, steal your soul and already have your replacement in training while you’re still there - never felt more like just a number than at this company.
