Pros

Supportive management, great culture, hardworking, team-oriented, no workplace drama, success-driven.

Cons

My team is being let go due to our client outsourcing our services overseas for cheaper labor. The date of separation will make my 11 months with this company. No severance pay. Loss of accrued PTO

Uncapped Commission - Great Training - Low Commission %

Pros

Great for right out of college, get some experience and training for a year, and then go somewhere with a more lucrative commission model. Great to build a skillset and get introduced to recruiting. The recruitment manager is the goat.

Cons

You can put a lot of work in building a book of business and barely make a dent in your commissions paid back. Very frat bro culture.
