Pros

The only good thing is the weekly pay.

Cons

Apex systems promotes a metrics driven micro management culture. Recruiters fresh out of training are treated like children and expected to put perform metrics on low level projects. Managers constantly check in on recruiter progress throughout the day and big employees about metrics. Management only cares about meeting quarterly goals so the firm can make more money. Pay is significantly lower than other staffing firms and commission isn’t an option for recruiters. Save yourself some time and don’t work here.

Apex Systems can find you a contract position very quickly. They pay average entry level wages.

Cons

They don't negotiate wages even if your contract has expired and the company still keeps you on the job.
