Pros

Great opportunity to make lots of money and great job for someone right out of college.

Cons

Very cliquish and old school corporate mentality I didn't feel like i was part of the team. Management turned a blind eye when reqs or subs were taken by a "lead" recruiter because they were able to work reqs around the system had good relationships with AM's. That makes recruiters not want to work on reqs or not be motivated to work on old reqs. Heavy micro management and some leadership shouldn't be in management. They're the reason why there is heavy turn over.

Pros

They are helpful in preparing you for interviews.

Cons

I am a contractor and was hired in for a three month contract-to-hire opportunity. When my three months were up, I contacted my recruiter because no one had reached out to me to discuss my transition to a permanent employee. They told me that because my company switched vendors, they had to "renegotiate" my contract for six months. This was done without my notification or consent. In addition, their pay system is flawed. I am required to manually enter my hours in twice each week. I forgot to enter my hours one Sunday, and received a call on Monday from an Apex employee. She asked me how many hours I worked, and said she would take care of it. I didn't receive my paycheck until the next pay period, and I had to borrow money from family to get through the week. When I received my paycheck, it was short. I'm still trying to resolve this issue. I would not recommend Apex to anyone I know.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. Just trying to fill blank space.

Cons

-no PTO -no sick days -pays dirt money - recruiters do not engage with you to help you switch roles - I waited eight months before my recruiter reached out to me to meet in person IF YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN APEX AND AEROTEK- ALWAYS CHOOSE AEROTEK
