      Pros

      I work, they pay me the going rate and that's it. Small company friction no big company overhead.

      Cons

      Must obtain benefits privately and make sure hourly pay is enough to cover those and still be competitive with big company benefits/salaries.

      Difference between commission at certain branches

      Pros

      If you are looking to work for Apex Systems, it's a decent company but ask them to work for their branch called Stratacuity and only on the perm team. The perm team literally makes DOUBLE the commission or more than every other apex recruiter or AM gets to make.

      Cons

      you can do the same job as mentioned above and earn double the amount which seems unfair to the rest of the company and causes strife
