Pros

- Top notch training, and there is ample opportunity for professional development/continued education for both business and tech courses - Opportunity to work with amazing people that will motivate you professionally - This job is great for those coming out of college or who are looking for career growth. Apex gives you the tools to succeed if you are new to the work force. - Unlimited salary potential! I have more that tripled my salary (through commission) since i started 3 years ago. - Tons of company perks (such president's club- fully expensed paid trip each year, company events/team buildings)

Cons

- Business can be up and down, so your salary can fluctuate some each week, but on average it's pretty stable for a recruiter if you put the work in. - Mandatory business hours at the office 8-5 M-F, some remote work or flexibility in schedule would be nice.

My HR was very nice. He worked quickly to get me this job and make sure I am doing okay first week or so.

Cons

Benefits are not very good for contractors.
