      Free coffee and pens galore.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Opportunities are not shared evenly. Commission structure is a scam and benefits are terrible. You are signed on at a "salary" that is really an insanely low hourly rate. You get paid on 40 hours each week but expect to work 55+. Also, don't expect to see any commissions in your first 9 months and after that its only $20 per month. NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND FRUSTRATION. Your qualify of life will significantly decline while working there. This place is a roller coaster with very few highs and MANY lows where you will be rubbing pennies together to make ends meet.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to make lots of money and great job for someone right out of college.

      Cons

      Very cliquish and old school corporate mentality I didn't feel like i was part of the team. Management turned a blind eye when reqs or subs were taken by a "lead" recruiter because they were able to work reqs around the system had good relationships with AM's. That makes recruiters not want to work on reqs or not be motivated to work on old reqs. Heavy micro management and some leadership shouldn't be in management. They're the reason why there is heavy turn over.

      Pros

      Can be very financially rewarding with the right work ethic. Great atmosphere for young competitive professionals.

      Cons

      If you don't produce, you're gonna have a bad time. If sales and grinding is not your thing, look for another gig.
