Pros

Unlimited commission Opportunity to hit bonus every quarter Fun environment

Cons

They mostly hire recent grads so for me I was one of oldest people in my office (I’m only in my mid 20s) so the environment was filled with a lot of immaturity. Also the girl that was my manager was not really prepared to be a manager. I can’t speak on all the locations and how they work only mine. They are extremely clicky. If you aren’t like you will know pretty quickly. The office is small so when they go out for happy hour or do stuff after work with each other & you are blantantly not invited it’s pretty uncomfortable. The manager for the account managers is very nice. But the manager for the recruiters suck. She’s very petty. Way too immature to be a manager. I’ve seen her wasted on multiple occasions. I know the Houston office is not like this. They are very inclusive. One of the girls that got hired after me ended up transferring to Houston office & loves it. She was also not included in things.

Pros

Offers basic benefits (healthcare, FSA, 401k) package Engaged account manager and recruiter who are helpful Reporting mechanisms are easy to use

Cons

Benefits are mediocre at best and sub-par overall Healthcare offerings are convoluted (tiered based on length of time) This company is average and I would recommend doing a quick search (for the same job description) before allowing them to represent you. One could do much better in terms of other contracting agencies. There are agencies that offer superior (to Apex's) benefits (paid healthcare and vacations). There are a lot of agencies out there and there is no need to settle on a lackluster one.

Pros

Good company culture. Upper management is really upfront and personable.

Cons

Patience is a must. It can get frustrating calling contractors all day and depending on them to be reliable. Definitely have to "hold their hand" a bit or they might miss an interview or first day.
