Pros

- This place gave me my first job out of college after months of struggling to find work post grad. -The culture is overall pretty positive as there are many people you can reach out to and they are willing to help. - flexible hours, you can come up to an hour late to work simply because this job is about getting people on the phone and most aren’t answering at 8am

Cons

- This job is hard, especially when you’re first getting started. You have to be mentally tough to survive the first 6 months because they will be tough! -you’re looked down upon if you don’t do overtime. Pretty much if you aren’t hitting your numbers, which you probably won’t in the beginning, then they are expecting you to put in extra hours (45-50 a week). -very low starting salary. In this job you have to earn a higher salary by hitting your numbers
