      Pros

      They will buy you lunch, if you stay at your desk and work. Awesome team building days and events.

      Cons

      GRIND! Go grind your coffee. The work life balance is non-existent. Poor coaching and development overall. Mangers are promoted because they are great recruiters, but good recruiters do not make good managers. Staying late is expected. If you are preforming but not meeting your call numbers, then managers scold. Managers are unaware of the talent they have on their teams and are not promoting those that would be great leaders.

      Pros

      They pay you on time. They maintain good relations with client (your project manger in particular)

      Cons

      They will never respond if you have any issues. They say they reimburse everything but they don't. And you get everything back only after months you spend( almost 4 months)
