      -We truly care about our people (Clients, Consultants, internal team). -There is a vision from our teams to find ways to adapt to challenges and support our clients/consultants regardless of the situations. -Strong culture with the career "journey" in mind. -Constantly investing in our people and ways technology can help us support our clients/consultants. -The more you put into Apex the more you can get out of it! -Focus on giving back and helping in our local communities.

      Working at Apex is a commitment, so if you prefer a lower key atmosphere it might not be a fit for you.

      1. Strong culture with motivated employees 2. Great incentive structure (high commission, bonuses, etc) 3. Great first job for recent graduates and those that are looking for a career change 4. Company fosters the career growth of top performers

      Cons

      1. If you don't cut it you wont be here for long 2. Can be a bit clicky 3. Unless you're a top performer, it's difficult to find your path or to make a change to another department
