I was a temp on a contract. They made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the people and the job.

Pros

Great Leadership Unlimited potential Good culture Can take time to get ramped up but once you can build good relationships your commissions can be great.

Cons

Have to cold call daily to set meetings and get leads, but once you have gotten in the door with some managers leads can come from referrals.

Pros

Luckily I was able to work in a contract position that was not that far from home and I was able to work in the field that I wanted to.

Cons

My only con was that newer personnel that came aboard did not get things done as the previous personnel did.
