Pros

Great coworkers: driven, ambitious, fun, welcoming. Good culture: people do the right thing, honest, candid. Excellent training: thorough, challenging. Work is great: placing the right contractor at the right client to solve a business need is a great feeling! Keeps me going.

Cons

Limited flexibility on work hours (8am - 5pm). Very few opportunities to work from home, must be in office. A large part of our job is dependent on things outside of our control, can sometimes be frustrating.

Pros

Ten years of experience in Technical Support, including 6 years Data Center experience primarily at Walgreens. Provided Backups and Hardware support, Linux Server Builds and Patch Management. Familiar with the use of ticketing systems such as Remedy. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel.

Cons

Just being a contract employee and not having the ability to advance as a Apex employee for permanent hire with the company.
