      Pros

      Great environment, well experienced bosses who do not micro manage. Enjoyed get dressed up in a suit and tie and going into work everyday. Everyone is young and fun and always willing to help when you need it.

      Cons

      the company is a stingy on commission percentages and show a lot of favoritism toward Account Managers. Also I am a very active person so sitting all day wore on me.

      Consultants/Recruiters are very easy to get along with. Very helpful and organized Wish I could work for them again. I always gave them a 10 with my survey..

      Cons

      There is nothing to report. They have done a great job. Ornce Conner and team have been knowledgeable and understanding with any concerns I may have had.
