      pretty good compensation, co-workers become your friends, health care benefits are great, very generous quarterly bonuses

      Cons

      crm (homegrown) is rather buggy and has some flaws - as the company gains so many users, this continue to be a bigger issue. new positions/structural changes seem a little arbitrary.

      Low starting pay, but understandable since it's a results oriented pay plan. The job can be very stressful since it's a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. You must be a high performer to be successful in this industry. Go go go! It never ends..

      Pros

      The people here were great to work with. Young and fun atmosphere and for the most part it's a work hard/play hard environment. Happy hours, company parties etc are a great bonus when working here.

      Cons

      They always claim they want to know about your career goals and want to help you get there, however I never felt like they truly did. If you shine in one area, they try to keep you there. Things are very political as well. After having left here, I also realized how bad the salary + commission plan is compared to other staffing agencies. If you are looking to make good money, definitely not the place for you. There are so many other agencies that pay a much higher base salary + commission percentage.
