      Pros

      The hiring team for contractors were enthusiastic and quickly gave me feedback on the position. The Program Manager was accessible, almost annoyingly tracking the progress.

      Cons

      Benefits package is horrible, Pay is horrible in comparison to co-workers. However, I can not blame it entirely on Apex it is the Sub-contractor to the Sub-Contractor to the Contractor of the Military system that is to blame.

      Pros

      The people that I have had contact with, recruiter, site rep. and human resources have all be extremly helpful with what questions I have.

      Cons

      Benefits are exspensive, and do not cover much. Identifying new opportunites when current contract ends there is little or no help.

      i learned another database system called teamcenter.

      Cons

      Apex sent me to company called goodrich lighting systems. It was not your normal catia design position. The direct employees did nothing to solve the design, materials, manufacturing, GD&T, and schedule issues. The direct employees were busy about nothing. they were working but solved nothing. the legal drawings had lies on the description of the parts. the direct employees were hoping boeing would solved the design problems. any solution was not taken to the next level.
