Over the past 10 years I've worked at start-up, mid-size, and large staffing Firms. CyberCoders Boston Office is by far my favorite. Ally does a tremendous job guiding and mentoring Recruiters - of all levels. She’s always available if I need anything and is sensational with helping you manage your book of business – on the client and candidate sides respectively. She and Tim do an awesome job of developing internal talent and making them well rounded sales professionals. I've seen Ally and Tim develop countless entry level folks into high earners in a short time. The office environment is fun, and everyone is super friendly – that’s not the norm at most sales-based entities. It’s also really good professional experience to be at an office that isn’t the Company HQ. With CC being based in California you’ll learn to manage certain internal processes remotely and believe it or not you’ll develop a lot of good habits for your overall career.

The company is constantly evolving. For better or worse the leadership is always trying to find ways to improve on what we’ve been able to build over the last 20 years. With those “improvements there are always growing pains”, and when there isn’t a clear ROI on something they brought in then they quickly pivot to better improve our situations. They are constantly making decisions to enhance our culture and push people to make ethical business decisions in their day to day operations. Which has resulted in better client relationships. CyberCoders leadership has really turned this into a great place to work, a place that will only get better as time goes on.
