Pros

If you are looking for a fun place to work Cybercoders is the place! They know how to party! that is the only pros I can think of.. so if you are a party animal join Cybercoders!

Cons

If you are new in recruiting industry I warn you "do not join this company". They throw you to an ocean full of sharks and ask you to save yourself! and then they give you three month to succeed, they dont care for you and would easily fire you if you are not making any placement. I left Cybercoders few months ago and joined another recruiting firm with better management. in only 6 months I managed to have 5 placement with reputable clients around the nation! be wise and choose a right company and I bet you will be successful in this industry!

Pros

Strong in-house technology/tools for outreach. Fun company events

Cons

Very strange environment. Everyone works their own desk, which is fine, but very secretive/shady management and zero transparency creates a weird workplace. Mostly emails very little phone use make the quietness of office sound quite bizarre.
