Business Outlook
Pros
- Uncapped commission structure - Comfortable work environment - Great training program - Perfect place to grow your skill-set in sales, marketing, and business development - Lots of fun company outings/activities - Good management - Free snacks for days - You basically get to run your own business. Lots of freedom to operate your own desk
Cons
- The draw structure of commission can catch up to you but this is avoidable if you put in the work and stay persistent. If all goes wrong and you leave/get fired, you will not owe the company money - You'll hear a lot of "No" from prospective clients and candidates but it's a sales job...get over it - If working autonomously isn't your thing then you will struggle
