      They'll teach you how to handle dozens of accounts at a time. You'll learn email marketing, gorilla marketing tactics, and how to BS everyone you talk to...

      Cons

      Cut throat, you're own co-workers will steal clients/candidates from you. They grind the heck out of you and there's zero work/life balance.

      Great people, training, resources, and of course the delicious snacks. People around you want you to succeed

      Cons

      The mentality that volume is the answer. Im usually one to advocate for quality and in this case volume always wins. This only adds to the reputation that we are a "spamming" company. Sometimes success is just luck here and they won't hesitate to let you go
