The culture here is amazing, my manager is so supportive and gives me amazing guidance. We have our benefits almost fully covered and a generous 401K plan. The unlimited vacation is a huge perk especially because I'm someone that is very spontaneous and loves to go on last minute adventures (as long as I'm hitting my goals that is). The uncapped commission gives everyone an equal opportunity to work hard and achieve as much as they want. On top of that, CyberCoders throws the best parties of any company I have ever worked for at luxurious locations.
