Management listens to YOU, the folks on the sales floor, to gauge the strengths and weaknesses of the system/process/software 4. Make $$$$ - This is a real thing 5. If you feel lost, tired, or just overwhelmed, my Manager is the first to step up to the plate to help you be grounded again 6. Healthy competitive work environment - there's such a thing 7. Hit your goals and you don't get asked about your hours 8. If you need to work remotely, you have the tools to do so 9. Training and development team is top-notch! You go through a very thorough training program to get the ball rolling with our system and the industry 10. Solid work environment for a veteran recruiter or a new recruiter 11. All numbers are tracked through our software and you never have to question your hours, sales, pay checks, new clients, jobs you are working etc. Solid all around opportunity!
Cons
1. The remote system is a tad bit delayed 2. The pressure that one can put on themselves can be intense. All depends on your personality 3. It's a sales environment so there's the expectation to work hard and hit your goals. You make money when you do though! Let me get back to you if I think of another Cons... as of now...
