Pros

Great commission %, great parties, nice office, free snacks, all recruiters have LinkedIn Recruiter...

Cons

Salary is a draw, training isn't great, 12 hour work days are typical, BD tactics do harm with potential clients

Pros

Amazing technology Strong partnerships with major job boards and companies that increase your access to candidates Rewarded each quarter for your work when you succeed. They have quarterly luncheons, prizes, bonuses, nights at the best hotels in the area, etc Fun environment- it's nice to have amazing friends at work and people who I truly connect with Lots of competitions if you are the competitive type Ability to work your own desk, meaning you have full control of the process, who you work with, your territory and your outcomes

Cons

You're pretty much on your own once you get started- no team work (although there are teams, but you work your desk alone) Inconsistent training- goes through spurts of new training meetings and then they die off after a few weeks High expectations up front- starting your own successful desk with quality clients can take time. There is a lot of pressure to do this immediately and be a star performer. A lot of focus on short term goals versus long term success at the company

Pros

1) The CEO, Heidi, is the perfect example of a true leader. She's a brilliant business woman yet everyone's friend. She leads by example and cares about everyone's success. 2) The commission structure is uncapped. The numbers on your W2 at the end of the year is yours to set. 3) You run your own desk. There are no limits. If you want to recruit for CEO's, recruit for CEOs, if you want to recruit for Plumbers, recruit for plumbers. 4) Dress how you want. Create your own schedule. 5) CyberCoders throws HUGE events and parties (All the time). Always expect steak and lobster, unlimited alcohol and rooms/parties at 5-star resorts.

Cons

The only con of being an employee of CyberCoders is that it is ultimately a commission only job which can lead to extreme stress when times get tough.
