Pros

-Earning potential: you can definitely make a lot of money. -Free snacks, occasional lunches -Friendly coworkers for the most part -Technology to find candidates is very advanced and helpful - High visibility on job boards - Company events are usually over-the-top extravagant

Cons

- The "corporate training" is a joke. The 2 Trainers are catty, unprofessional, and unhelpful so you'll have to figure it out on your own after the first week of "training" - CEO is insincere and only cares about her top billers, nobody else matters - They pretend to care and boast a work/life balance, but it's only a work/life balance if you're into going to lunch and happy hour with your coworkers everyday, if that's not your thing and you're just there to work, it's actually frowned upon. - Managers are incompetent. They are promoted based on billing, but not everyone is cut out to be a manager, just because you're a good sales person doesn't make you a good leader. - They lie at the interviews and tell you their turnover is 1%. Huge lie. - HR person is clueless about how to run a department properly - Benefits aren't that great - A lot of brown-nosing - Markets are over saturated because of the high number of recruiters hitting the same companies and candidates - While everyone is generally "nice" it's still a sales, cut throat, survival of the fittest environment so don't get too comfortable. If you don't hit your weekly CA or your quarterly goals, you'll probably get fired.

Pros

- Great recruiting tools provided - Free snacks, drinks, pizza on rainy days - Opportunity to make six figures - Lavish company luncheons and parties - Cash bonuses and prizes for top producers - Opportunity for growth

Cons

- 100% commission is not for everyone - Too many meetings repeating the same things - No formal training process in place - Company used to only hire experienced recruiters; but seem to be hiring just about anyone to hit growth goals - More micromanagement than before - Loss of company culture with rapid growth and more turnover - Office culture is different in other offices

Pros

Cool contests to win ipads, cameras, etc Extravagant 5-star quarterly lunches Fun parties Stocked snacks and beverages for all employees to enjoy Great recruiting tools Ability to work nationally

Cons

Micro-management They encourage you to submit 15+ candidate resumes to each client Too many meetings (daily and weekly) Constant harassment about meeting the minimum Cyber Actions even if you are a leading biller on your team If you don't meet your weekly Cyber Action goal they reprimand you by making you sit in a meeting with other fellow "failures" Commission only structure with no grace period upon hire High employee turnover rate affects morale None of the recruiters I met broke 6-figures Their corporate trainers are not professional and there is no structure to their training process nor do they consistently cover important topics with each new group of hires
